DrivingMBA is a fast-paced, engaging driving school that provides comprehensive driver education. We utilize a unique combination of simulation labs, on-road instruction, and online classroom learning to develop new drivers' competency. The curriculum and programs are designed to instill a mindset of safety and responsibility while behind the wheel, preparing students to navigate the roads confidently.

This role requires a detail-oriented and versatile individual that focuses on supporting administrative functions and enrollment processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The first point of customer contact. Tasks include office tours, inquiries, scheduling, and general customer assistance.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and data integration.
• Assist the Office Manager in administration and HR tasks. This includes master calendar scheduling of instructors, payroll, health insurance, and new hire paperwork.
• Conduct sales and enrollment activities. Tasks include responding to income inquiries and making follow-up calls and emails to potential clients. Explain DrivingMBA’s programs: close sales and complete enrollment.
• Create and audit files for accuracy and ADOT compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer support with client and employee relationship management.

• Regular hours: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (M-F)
• Summer hours: 09:30 AM - 5:30 PM (M-F)
• Saturday hours: 08:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• Associate (Preferred)

DrivingMBA is a one-of-a-kind driving school that utilizes state-of-the-art simulation technology to teach the fundamentals of driving and defensive driving. DrivingMBA's curriculum is a science-based, integrated approach that combines multiple modalities to teach and reach all students. The goal of DrivingMBA is to develop competent, safe and responsible new drivers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires a passion for mentoring and teaching people. It also requires strong communication skills, an upbeat personality, and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and be flexible is key. Individuals with a propensity to teach and lifelong learners are encouraged to apply for a meaningful, fast-paced and exciting position. Individuals with experience working with neuro-divergent learners are desirable.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to train and work in both Glendale and Scottsdale
• Winter Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 12-9:30 p.m. Saturdays are mandatory, 9 am to 6:30 pm, and some Sunday hours are required.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and fingerprint check, and must be able to pass an MVD test within the first 90 days of employment.
• No previous experience with driver education is needed
• Must have held a driver’s license for a minimum of 10 years
• Must be 26 years or older
