Summer is Deadliest Driving Season

by

MADD recently published an article about the “Deadliest driving season.” Summertime marks a time when teens have more time on their hands. They are often driving around with friends in their car. THIS can be a deadly combination for young, new drivers.

The statistics are clear, the likelihood of crashes are very high when there are multiple teens in a novice driver’s car. DrivingMBA’s recommendation is ZERO passengers for the first year of driving and while this isn’t what teens want to hear, it is the safest choice. New drivers need to continue to gain experience without the distraction of friends in their vehicle.
