DrivingMBA Provides Comprehensive Teen Driving Assessments for Novice Drivers
We have developed a unique and proven process for assessing the driving skills of novice teenage drivers. Your teen qualifies for our driving assessment if:
- They have met the MVD required minimum 30 hours of ON-Road experience (including 10 hours of night driving)
- They are approaching or exceeding the MVD minimum requirement of driving with a permit for six months

75% of serious teen driver crashes are due to “critical errors,” with the three common errors accounting for nearly half of these crashes: lack of scanning that is needed to detect and respond to hazards, going too fast for road conditions, and being distracted by something inside or outside of the vehicle.
Arizona’s only AAA Approved Driving School

To become an Approved Driving School, schools must:
- Provide novice driver and/or driver improvement programs.
- Have instructors that are certified by the MVD.
- Offer a reduced rate to AAA members.
- Have a clean report from the BBB.
- Be in good financial standing and not have any outstanding lawsuits on file with the Attorney General’s office.
- Maintain at least a 90 percent customer approval rating.
- Either teach AAA curriculum or agree to a thorough review of their curriculum by AAA driver training staff.
- Undergo annual inspection of the school, equipment, curriculum and vehicles.
- Hold liability insurance.
- Agree to binding arbitration in the event of a dispute between a AAA member and the school.
